Shipping & Delivery

Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for confirmation and dispatch.

PLEASE NOTE: We may experience delays due to COVID-19 impacting shipping and production. If we anticipate a long delay for all or part of your order we will be in contact with an estimated dispatch date. If you would like to discuss the availability of products before placing your order please contact us.

Delivery

Deliveries will be made between 9am - 4pm (Monday - Friday), for special or bulk orders please email sales@timbacorp.com.au

Note: Property in these goods shall not pass or be deemed to pass until the customer has discharged all indebtedness to Timba Corp Pty Ltd on any account whatsoever.

Delivery Rates:

Within 5km radius of our Castle Hill Warehouse - FREE for orders over $100
Within 5km radius of our Castle Hill Warehouse - $10 for orders less than $100
Areas of Greater Sydney further than 5km up to a radius of 30km - FREE for orders over $1,000.
Areas of Greater Sydney further than 5km up to a radius of 30km - $45 for orders less than $1,000

Delivery fees will be determined by distance and total order cost and will be calculated at the checkout.

Door delivery is Sydney Metro only.

Shipping

We choose the most economical method of shipping for our customers based on the size and weight of each individual order. For this reason we do not have a flat shipping rate. Please contact us for a shipping quote and we will find the best rate for you. We are able to ship smaller orders via Australia Post and our Courier partners.

Our courier partners can only deliver to street addresses. Deliveries to PO Boxes will be made by Australia Post.

Pick-up

Pickup is available by appointment only from our warehouse in Castle Hill.

Monday - Friday between 10am - 3pm.
